Your enquiry

We collect your name, email address and message. Form submissions and technical details such as your IP address may be recorded to handle enquiries, prevent spam and investigate delivery problems. Our legitimate interests are providing customer service and protecting the website. If your enquiry concerns a purchase, we may also use your details to take steps you request before entering a contract.

Enquiries are stored in our website’s WPForms records and sent to the boutique by email. Our hosting provider, Microsoft 365 email service, WordPress support providers and Cloudflare may process information to provide these services. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and connection information to help distinguish genuine visitors from bots. Keeping your information

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them, manage relevant follow-up and meet any applicable record-keeping requirements. Website email delivery logs, including message content and attachments where present, are automatically removed after one month. Contact us if you would like to discuss or request deletion of an enquiry.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, and exercise other applicable data protection rights. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Providing an enquiry is optional, but we need your email address to reply. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.
